A premium wooden piece designed to feel meaningful and display-worthy.

A piece of Kurunegala, preserved in mahogany. Celebrate the character of one of Sri Lanka’s historic cities with the Kurunegala Heritage — Clock Tower Mahogany Relief. The design captures Kurunegala’s recognizable clock-tower architecture together with its surrounding city character, transformed into a dimensional wooden relief that brings depth and texture to the scene. Each piece begins with solid mahogany and is precision-carved to create the architectural forms, rooflines, surrounding details, and layered depth of the landmark. It is then carefully sanded, polished and varnished by hand at Elmwood Studio to bring out the warmth, grain and natural variations of the timber. With its compact size, the carving works beautifully on a desk, shelf, display cabinet or as a meaningful gift for someone with a connection to Kurunegala. Whether Kurunegala is your hometown, somewhere you once lived, a place filled with memories, or simply part of your appreciation for Sri Lankan heritage, this piece is made to keep that connection close.
